End User License Agreement

Gold Standard Group grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use FluxCanvas on Apple devices that you own or control, subject to this EULA and the App Store Terms of Service. This license does not include the right to sublicense, sell, or distribute the application.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of FluxCanvas.
• Reverse-engineer, disassemble, or decompile any part of FluxCanvas.
• Redistribute FluxCanvas forecast content for commercial purposes without authorization.
• Use FluxCanvas data or forecasts in any automated trading system without written consent.
• Scrape, extract, or aggregate FluxCanvas data through unauthorized means.

IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: FluxCanvas provides AI-generated market analysis and forecasts for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing in FluxCanvas constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of professional advice.

Forecasts are generated by AI models processing publicly available market data. They represent algorithmic pattern recognition, not human expert analysis. Past patterns processed by the AI do not guarantee future market outcomes.

You should not make any financial, investment, or trading decision based solely on FluxCanvas content. Always consult a qualified, licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions. GSG is not a registered investment adviser and is not licensed to provide investment advice.

FluxCanvas aggregates data from multiple third-party sources. While we strive to ensure data quality, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data or forecast. Data sources may experience delays, outages, or inaccuracies beyond our control.

Confidence scores represent AI model certainty based on signal alignment — they do not guarantee forecast accuracy. A high confidence score means signals are internally consistent, not that the outcome is certain.

FluxCanvas requires a subscription to access full forecast content. Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store. You may cancel at any time through your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. GSG does not issue refunds for unused subscription periods except where required by law.

FluxCanvas forecasts are powered by the GS50 analytical framework. GS50 methodology, indices, and derived signals are proprietary to Gold Standard Group. You may not reproduce, distribute, or publish GS50-derived content without written authorization.

Your use of FluxCanvas is governed by our Privacy Policy. FluxCanvas collects usage analytics to improve forecast delivery and app performance. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Forecasts are refreshed approximately every 3 hours. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of FluxCanvas or any specific forecast refresh schedule. Planned and unplanned maintenance may temporarily affect service availability.

This license terminates automatically if you breach any provision of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease use and delete FluxCanvas from your devices. GSG may suspend access for violations of this EULA, the Terms of Service, or applicable law.

FluxCanvas is provided "as is" without warranties. GSG expressly disclaims all warranties regarding fitness for a particular purpose, including suitability for investment decisions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GSG's liability for any claim related to FluxCanvas shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Apple Inc. is a third-party beneficiary to this EULA with the right to enforce it against you. GSG, not Apple, is solely responsible for FluxCanvas and its content. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to provide maintenance or support services for FluxCanvas.
