Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using any Gold Standard Group application or website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services. These terms apply to Ani-Me, FluxCanvas, and any other GSG product.

You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by Apple. Prices are displayed in the App Store in your local currency. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. We do not issue refunds for unused subscription periods except where required by law. To cancel, go to iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose.
• Upload photos of individuals without their consent.
• Create content that is sexually explicit, violent, or hateful.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our apps.
• Use our services to harass, threaten, or harm any person.
• Circumvent any access controls or usage limits.
• Use automated tools to access our services except through our provided API.

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these restrictions.

You retain ownership of photos and prompts you submit. You grant GSG a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely to provide the service to you. Generated videos and forecasts are provided for your personal use; you own the output you generate with your content.

The Ani-Me and FluxCanvas applications, including all software, design, trademarks, and proprietary data, are the exclusive property of Gold Standard Group. Nothing in these Terms transfers any GSG intellectual property to you.

Ani-Me: AI-generated videos are provided for creative and entertainment purposes. Results may vary. We do not guarantee any specific output quality.

FluxCanvas: Market forecasts are generated by AI systems using available data and are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or professional advice. Past patterns do not guarantee future results. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GSG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through our app or website. Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
