Privacy Policy

GSG operates FluxCanvas, an AI-powered predictions engine covering trends and signals across multiple industries. This policy explains what information we collect when you use FluxCanvas, how we use it, and the choices you have.

By using FluxCanvas, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the application.

2.1 Account Information You Provide

When you create a FluxCanvas account, we collect:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Date of birth
• Username, and your account creation date

This information is used solely for account functionality and to verify that you meet our minimum age requirement of 18 years. Age verification operates on an honor system — we do not perform identity verification or cross-reference your details against any external identity source.

2.2 Profile Data, Coaching Inputs, and Content You Submit

• Prediction queries and topics you submit to the FluxCanvas engine.
• Industry categories and filters you select.
• Saved or bookmarked prediction outputs within your account.
• Any text, goals, responses, or other inputs you enter during coaching sessions.
• Profile module answers you save, including your bio, risk profile (risk tolerance and asset allocation), health profile (age, sleep, stress, energy, and activity level), and social profile (usage and mood-related behavioral signals).
• Portfolio holdings you enter (symbol, name, asset type, allocation, and any notes).

All content you submit is stored in our database and retained for the lifetime of your account. Deleting your account permanently removes all associated submitted content. See Section 4 for how this data is used and stored, and Section 9.2 for how it is shared with Anthropic when you generate an AI Coaching Report.

2.3 Automatically Collected Information

• App usage events (screens viewed, features used, session duration).
• Device identifiers and operating system version.
• IP address and approximate geographic region.
• Crash reports and diagnostic data.

Usage analytics are collected in aggregate and are not linked to your name or email address. We do not track or profile you individually by name or email.

2.4 Subscription and Payment Information

All purchases and subscription billing are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card details. We do store your subscription status (active, inactive, tier level) for the purposes of feature access, account management, and internal audit and reporting.

We use the information we collect to:

• Verify that users meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years (honor system).
• Authenticate your account and maintain your session.
• Process your prediction queries and deliver results to your device.
• Generate and continuously update your personalized coaching guidelines based on your coaching session inputs.
• Manage your subscription status and enforce feature access tiers.
• Maintain subscription records for internal audit and reporting purposes.
• Respond to your support requests and communications.
• Detect and prevent abuse, fraud, and safety violations.
• Send necessary service communications (account activity, policy updates).
• Send marketing communications only if you have opted in (see Section 7).
• Improve our products through aggregated, non-personally-identifiable usage analytics.

4.1 Your Queries and Prompts

You retain full ownership of the queries and prompts you submit to FluxCanvas. We do not claim any ownership rights over your inputs. Your prediction queries are used solely to generate the prediction output you requested. Your personal data is not used to train general-purpose AI models for any external use.

4.2 Coaching Session Data

Any inputs you provide during coaching sessions — including goals, responses, free-text entries, and your saved profile module answers (bio, risk profile, health profile, social profile, and portfolio holdings) — are stored in our database for the lifetime of your account and used to generate and maintain your personalized coaching guidelines within FluxCanvas.

If you choose to generate an AI Coaching Report, this data — together with a summary of your current FluxCanvas predictions — is sent to Anthropic (Claude) to produce that report, as described in Section 9.2. Outside of that opt-in feature, coaching data is not shared with any other third party. In all cases it is not used to train general-purpose AI models and is permanently deleted upon account deletion.

4.3 Generated Predictions

Prediction outputs generated by FluxCanvas are produced by our AI engine for informational purposes only. Outputs do not constitute financial advice, and FluxCanvas does not suggest, recommend, or endorse any specific trade, investment, or financial decision. Results are speculative and for reference only.

4.4 Storage and System Purge

Prediction query history and saved prediction outputs are stored for a period of 3 to 6 months, after which they are permanently deleted as part of a scheduled system-wide purge. The exact retention window within this range depends on server capacity and purge scheduling. Coaching session data is retained for the lifetime of your account and deleted upon account deletion.

We do not guarantee indefinite storage of prediction history or saved outputs. You are responsible for recording any prediction content you wish to preserve beyond the retention window.

4.5 User-Initiated Deletion

You may delete prediction query history and saved outputs at any time from within the FluxCanvas application. Deletions are processed immediately and the content is permanently removed from our servers. Deleting your account permanently removes all associated data, including coaching session records. Deleted content cannot be recovered.

5.1 In-App Social Actions

All FluxCanvas users may like prediction cards, leave comments on shared content, and download wallpaper assets generated by the FluxCanvas system. These actions are visible within the app. Your personal account information — including your name and email — is never attached to or displayed with public-facing actions unless you have chosen a public display name.

5.2 External Sharing

Only Premium subscribers (monthly or annual) may export prediction outputs and share them to platforms outside of FluxCanvas. Share links direct viewers to the FluxCanvas application to view the content and serve as a discovery mechanism. Your personal account information is never included in or attached to a shared link.

GSG reviews content that is flagged by users or our automated systems. Content determined to be offensive, harmful, misleading, or in violation of our community guidelines or terms of service is removed. Moderation decisions are made at GSG's sole discretion.

Flagged content may be reviewed by GSG staff. By using FluxCanvas, you acknowledge that content you generate or share may be reviewed for compliance purposes.

We do not send marketing emails by default. You must actively opt in to receive promotional communications from GSG. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time from within your account settings in the app.

FluxCanvas does not use third-party advertising networks or data brokers. All communications are sent directly from GSG. We do not share your contact information with any external marketing or advertising party.

Regardless of your marketing preferences, you will continue to receive necessary service-related communications such as account notices, policy updates, and security alerts.

• We do not sell your personal information to any third party.
• We do not track or link your name or email address to usage analytics or behavioral data.
• We do not use your personal data to train general-purpose AI models.
• We do not share your information with advertising networks or data brokers.
• We do not conduct identity verification or verify that account information corresponds to a real person.
• We do not connect to, access, or share data with any brokerage, trading platform, or financial institution.

We work with a limited set of third-party service providers to operate FluxCanvas:

9.1 AI Providers — Prediction Queries

FluxCanvas uses three third-party AI providers to generate prediction outputs: Anthropic (Claude models), OpenAI (GPT models), and xAI (Grok models). Each prediction request is automatically routed to one of these providers based on availability — we do not always use the same one, and which provider handled a given request is not shown to you.

What is sent to whichever provider handles a prediction request:

• The text of the prediction query you submitted.
• The industry category/filter you selected for that query, where applicable.

What is not sent to these providers:

• Your name, email address, phone number, or date of birth.
• Any other account identifier that could directly identify you.
• Your profile, health, risk, social, or portfolio data (see Section 9.2).

Per each provider's standard commercial API terms, data submitted through their API — as opposed to their public consumer chat products — is not used to train their general-purpose models by default. Each provider is contractually bound to use the data solely to process and return a response to the specific request, to apply security protections equivalent to our own, and not to use it for their own marketing, advertising, or model-training purposes.

9.2 AI Coach — Data Sent to Anthropic (Claude)

The AI Coaching Report is a separate, opt-in feature available to subscribers with active coaching credits. It requires your explicit consent, given on an in-app consent screen that discloses this data sharing before each report is generated. When you generate an AI Coaching Report, FluxCanvas sends the following to Anthropic (Claude) — and only Anthropic, not OpenAI or xAI — solely to produce that report:

• Your username and account creation date.
• Your bio.
• Your risk profile (risk tolerance and asset allocation).
• Your health profile (age, sleep, stress, energy, and activity level).
• Your social profile (usage and mood-related behavioral signals).
• Your portfolio holdings (symbol, name, asset type, allocation, and any notes).
• Saved answers from every profile module you have completed.
• Summaries of your current FluxCanvas predictions across financial, technology, and health categories.

Your legal name (if different from your username), email address, phone number, and date of birth are never included in what is sent to Anthropic for an AI Coaching Report. As with our other AI providers (Section 9.1), Anthropic is contractually bound under its commercial API terms to use this data solely to generate your report, to apply security protections equivalent to our own, and not to use it to train general-purpose AI models or for its own marketing or advertising purposes.

9.3 Other Service Providers

• Cloud storage and delivery: Store and deliver your saved outputs, profile and coaching data, and query history.
• Apple App Store: Handles all subscription billing and in-app purchase processing.
• Analytics (Google Analytics 4): Collects aggregated, non-personally-identifiable usage data to help us improve the app.

All service providers listed in this section are contractually bound to protect your data and may only use it for the specific purpose for which it was shared. We do not permit service providers to use your data for their own marketing or advertising purposes.

• Account data (name, email, phone, date of birth): Retained while your account is active. Permanently deleted upon account deletion.
• Coaching session data: Retained for the lifetime of your account. Permanently deleted upon account deletion.
• Prediction query history and saved outputs: Stored for 3 to 6 months, then permanently deleted via system-wide purge, or immediately upon user request.
• Subscription records: Retained for internal audit and reporting purposes as required by our financial and operational obligations.
• Analytics data: Aggregated and anonymized; not linked to individual accounts.

Deleting your account permanently removes all personal data, coaching session records, query history, and saved content associated with your account. Subscription billing records may be retained as required for audit and compliance purposes.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate account data.
• Request deletion of your account and all associated personal data.
• Delete specific query history or saved outputs at any time from within the app.
• Opt out of marketing emails from within your account settings.
• Lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority in your jurisdiction.

FluxCanvas is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Age eligibility is verified on an honor system using the date of birth provided during registration; we do not perform formal identity or age verification.

If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a user under 18, we will delete that account and its associated data promptly. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from someone under 18, please contact us immediately.

We apply industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, role-based access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date above and, for significant changes, through an in-app notification. Your continued use of FluxCanvas after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
